Garden of Digital Delights

November 14, 2014

People wielding cameras
and selfie-snappers
amassed in the garden
focusing on a prolific
area of exploding color
and botanic splendor.

With so many flowers,
and so little film,
it’s a good thing
their images were
etched transiently
into digital ephemera
via binary code.

Nature’s artistry
rendered in the hues of
a colorless palette
of ones and zeros,
because nothing says
beauty like “011000100110010101100001011101010111010001111001.”

    I laughed my 10010 001 001 off.

  2. It brings me great satisfaction that you 01100100 01101001 01100100!
